Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park

The place to experience, to take action for biodiversity

This is the commemorative park inherited the philosophy of World Expo 2005 Aichi Japan under the overall theme of "Nature's wisdom." In this park, visitors such as the people of Aichi-Nagoya(including children) and NGOs can interact with each other. Also visitors can experience biodiversity in a rich natural environment.

Outline:

At the main site "Global Citizen Exchange Center," visitors can exchange and experience biodiversity.
Experience-based events are scheduled such as Satoyama creatures exhibition, Food fair serving foods from the mountain and the sea.
In addition to these events, "Naturathlon" in the park is planned for the participants of COP 10 and visitors of the park. "Naturathlon" is a marathon in the nature.
